本研究は，病気に対する自己認識と結婚・次世代に対する捉えを明らかにすることを目的に，未婚の口唇裂・口蓋裂当事者7名を対象に，半構成的面接を行い分析した．データ収集期間は2017年9月～ 2018年1月であった．結果，自己認識について6名はポジティブに捉え，1名は病気を普段意識することはないが他者から不意に傷について問われると不快に感じることがあるとアンビバレンツな捉えであった．結婚については，病気説明の時期や方法について悩んでいるが，否定的な感情を持つ者はいなかった．次世代への捉えについては，多因子遺伝の認識を持っている者もあり，予防のための情報提供を期待している実態が明らかになった． |

We conducted semi-structured interviews with seven unmarried subjects with cleft lip and palate and me analyzed the results for the purpose of revealing the idea of their past events and self-awareness about marriage and the next generation towards the medical condition. The data collection period was from September, 2017 to January, 2018. As a result, regarding self-awareness, 6 people were positive, and 1 person, who was not usually aware of the illness, took an ambivalent view about the fact that they might feel uncomfortable when someone suddenly asked about the condition. When it came to marriage, they are worried about when and how to give the explanation of their medical condition. However, no one had negative emotions about it. Regarding the thought of the next generation, because some people know about multiple factor inheritance, they expect to provide the information for prevention. |
