A大学では，2015年度から新たなカリキュラムに基づいた公衆衛生看護学実習を展開している．本研究は，保健師コースを選択した学生の3年間の学習到達度と全国保健師教育機関協議会が実施した全国調査との比較から A大学の保健師教育の現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的とした．調査は2015～2017年度に公衆衛生看護学実習（以下，実習）を行った4年次生を対象に，無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った．調査項目は実習体験，保健師に求められる卒業時の学習到達度である．調査時期は，各年とも実習が終了した直後に行い，3年間の総計と全国調査との比較を記述的に行った．実習での技術体験では，本調査対象者は，家庭訪問，健康相談，健康診査において，主体的な体験割合が低く，地区活動計画立案，健康危機 / 災害と感染症の項目においても体験割合が低い傾向にあった．また，専門領域では，児童虐待防止対策，自殺対策，依存症対策，がん対策の体験割合が低い傾向にあった. 学習到達度では，「保健師としての責任を果たす」は高かったが，その他の項目は低い傾向にあった．3年間の調査結果から，A 大学対象者は，少しの助言で自立してできると判断した者が少ないことが明らかとなった．主体的な実習体験の拡充と，専門領域を意識できる学内講義・演習の充実が課題である． |

The purpose of this study was to clarify the current situation and issues of A University’s public health nursing education based on comparison with a national survey conducted by the Japan Association of Public Health Nurse Educational Institutions. The survey was conducted using an anonymous self-management questionnaire survey of fourth-year students who received public health nursing training between 2015 and 2017. The survey was conducted immediately after the training was completed in each year, and the results of the three years were compared with the national survey in a descriptive manner. The subjects of this survey had a low rate of independent experience with home visits, health consultations, and health checkups. Moreover, the experience rate of preventive measures against child abuse, suicide measures, and addiction measures was low. In terms of learning achievement, “responsibility as a public health nurse”was higher than that in the national survey, but other items were low. The number of survey subjects who judged themselves as able to be independent with a little advice was small. The next challenge is to provide students with hands-on practical experience and improve on-campus exercises to enable them to be aware of their specialty. |
