| 本研究では特別支援学校教員を対象に，「指導目標を設定するに至る判断の根拠」を示す段階に特化した指導プログラムの効果の検討とともに，大学生を対象とした指導プログラムに向けた改善点を明示することを目的とした．県立特別支援学校の教員7名を対象とした（教員経験年数2年未満1名， 10年以上6名）．指導プログラム（180分）は，演習1，講義（指導課題の優先順位選定のための判断基準の説明，機能的アセスメントに基づく指導課題の生起要因の説明・演習），演習2及びアンケートで構成された．演習1及び演習2は，同一内容であった．結果，指導目標の設定理由として，「生起要因」について，指導プログラム後はその前に比べて「先行条件」及び「結果条件」の両条件からの記述が増加した．一方，「優先順位」について，指導プログラム後はその前に比べて，指導プログラムで提案した優先順位の根拠となる観点のカテゴリ数が増加するとともに，「優先順位」の根拠となる視点を記述する対象者数が増加した．結果から，指導プログラムは一部の対象者に効果をもたらしたことが示された．大学生対象の指導プログラムに向けた改善点として，①複数科目との連携（カリキュラム・マネジメント）による演習時間の確保，②「生起要因」「優先順位」の各側面の記述を促すワークシートの工夫，③「優先順位」に関する練習問題の設定の3点が指摘できた． | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of an educational program specialized in the stage of showing“the basis for making decisions to set educational goals”for teachers of special needs schools, and to clarify the improvements for“guidance program for independence activities”for university students. The number of years of experience was young (N=1) and veteran (N=6). The guidance program (180 minutes) consisted of exercise 1, lecture, exercise 2, and a questionnaire. The lectures included explanations of criteria for selecting priorities for instructional tasks, explanations of the causes of instructional tasks based on functional assessments, and contents of exercises. Exercise 1 and Exercise 2 had the same content. The results were as follows: Regarding the reason for setting the educational goal, the description of“occurrence factors”from both the“antecedent condition”and the“consequence condition”increased after the educational program. On the other hand, as for“priority”, after the educational program, the number of categories of viewpoints that are the basis of the priority proposed in the educational program were increased compared to before, and the viewpoint that is the basis of“priority”is described. The number of subjects increased. The results showed that the educational program was effective for some subjects. Improvements to the educational program for college students include: (1) Coordination with multiple subjects (i.e. curriculum management) , ensuring exercise time, and (2) Description of each aspect of“occurrence factors”and“priority”of worksheets for prompting students, and (3) setting of exercises related to“priority”were pointed out. | ||||||||
