| 本研究の目的は緩和ケアチーム（Palliative Care Team：PCT）における作業療法（Occupational Therapy：OT） の役割についての他職種や作業療法士（Occupational Therapist Registered： OTR）の見解を明らかにすることである．対象はがん診療連携拠点病院かつ OTRが勤務している病院335施設の PCT 代表者（他職種）と OT 部門責任者とし，質問紙にて PCTにおける OTの役割について回答を求めた．回答は元データの意味内容の類似性により，3段階に渡りカテゴリー化した．結果，OTの役割として①全人的苦痛に関する評価・支援，②日常生活活動に関すること，③作業活動を通じた Quality of Life（QOL）維持・向上，④家族に対するケア，⑤ PCT メンバー間の調整や支援，⑥ PCTにおける情報共有や OTの視点に基づく助言・指導が列挙された． | ||||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to clarify opinions about the role of OT (Occupational Therapy) in PCT (Palliative Care Team) in Japan. The subjects were PCT representatives (other occupations) and OT department managers at 335 facilities for cancer medical treatment cooperation base hospital. We asked for answers about the role of OT in the PCT by questionnaire. The responses were categorized into three stages based on the similarity of the meaning content of the original data. As a result, the roles of OT were listed as follows: (1) Evaluation and support for total pain, (2) Improvement of ADL (Activities of daily living), (3) Maintenance and improvement of QOL (Quality of Life) through activities, (4) Care for families, (5) Coordination and support among PCT members, (6) Information sharing among PCT members and advice from the OT perspective. | ||||||||||
