|
処方された薬を飲み忘れる問題は，患者の健康状態を悪化させるだけでなく医療費の増大を招く． 本研究では，この問題を解決するために，スマートスピーカーを用いて服薬支援システムを開発した．システムは，QRコードから服薬情報を読み取るスマートフォンアプリと服薬時刻になると利用者に服薬を促すスマートスピーカーから構成される．服薬情報はクラウド上のカレンダーで管理され，服薬状況を確認できる．また，遠くに離れた家族に服薬状況を通知する機能も備え，見守りシステムとしての利用もできる．3回にわたる運用テストの結果，不具合は改善され，問題なく作動するようになった．一方，服薬アドヒアランスの向上には関係者間の連携が求められるが，これは情報通信技術だけで解決できるものではない．しかしながら，今回開発したシステムは，関係者間の連携と情報交換を支援するツールとしての可能性を秘めている．スマートスピーカーを用いた高齢者に優しい服薬支援システムの開発と普及が望まれる． |

The problem of forgetting to take prescribed medication not only worsens the patient’s health condition but also increases medical expenses. In this study, in order to solve this problem, we developed a medication support system using smart speakers. The system consists of a smartphone application that reads the medication information from the QR code and a smart speaker that prompts the user to take the medication at the medication time. The medication information is managed by a calendar on the cloud, and the medication status can be checked. In addition, it has a function to notify the distant family of the medication status, and can be used as a watching system. As a result of the three operation tests, the defects were improved and it worked without problems. On the other hand, the improvement of drug adherence requires cooperation among stakeholders which cannot be solved only by information and communication technology. However, the developed system has potential as a tool to support cooperation and information exchange between related parties. The development and dissemination of an elderly- friendly medication support system using smart speakers is desired. |
