本研究では，社会福祉士養成教育における実習先指導者との連携のあり方について，特に養成校・ 実習先・実習生の3者による協議の必要性が生じる背景としての実習プログラミング時あるいは実習評価時に生じるズレをとりあげ，そのズレが生じる仕組みについて考察した．研究方法は，相談援助実習に関するテキストおよび研究論文を分析対象として文献研究を行った．明らかになったのは以下 の三点である．第一に，実習プログラム作成では，教員による学生評価や指導者による学生のアセスメント内容とも有機的に関連させながら実習プログラムが作成されていくべきであり，教員・学生・ 指導者のうちそれぞれ2者間の連携という方法のみでは不十分で，3者協議という方法も重要である．第二に，教員による学生と利用者との関係把握の困難に対しては，利用者も含めた4者による相互評価という方法も検討していくべきである．第三に，3者が対面で協議する3者協議は，3者関係を進展させ，3者の認識の乖離を解消する手立てとして必要不可欠である． |

In this study, we considered how to cooperate with the training leader in the social worker training education. The necessity of studying the way of cooperation arises from the fact that there is a gap in the discussion between the university teacher, the training leader, and the student during training programming and training evaluation. Therefore, we considered the mechanism that causes the deviation. As for the study method, we use the literature research conducted by analyzing the texts and research papers related to the social worker training education. In this study, the following three points were revealed. First, in creating a practical training program, the practical training program for social worker education should be created in a way that is organically related to the student evaluation by the teacher and the assessment content of the student by the training leader. The method of cooperation between each two parties is not enough, and the method of 3-person conferences is also necessary. Second, regarding the difficulty of the teacher about social work grasping the relationship between students and service users, a method of mutual evaluation by the four parties including service users should be considered. Thirdly, 3-Person Conferences, where the three parson talk face-to-face, are indispensable as a means of advancing the 3-parson relationship and eliminating gaps. |
