| 本研究の目的は，ソーシャルキャピタル（SC）を地域保健活動により醸成することへの資料を得るために，A市が健康づくりSCとして育成支援している栄養委員を対象とし，地域の人々とのつながりを明らかにすることとした．自記式質問紙により基本属性，主観的健康観，SC測定尺度因子，地域への愛着を調査した．年齢は64歳以下と65歳以上，委員年数は1年以下と2年以上の2区分とし， 主観的健康観とのχ2 検定を行った．SC測定尺度因子・地域への愛着は，「とてもそう思う（1点）」～「そう思わない（5点）」とし t 検定を行った．その結果，栄養委員の69.7％が65歳以上で，年齢の高さと構造的SCに有意差を認めた．また，47.4％が委員年数1年で，委員年数と地域への愛着に有意差を認めた．地域に長期間暮らし生活が安定していると考えられる栄養委員は，活動を通し地域への愛着やSCを醸成していた．依って，行政や様々な主体との連携を基盤とした組織的・継続的な栄養委員活動は，地域に密着した健康づくりボランティアとして地域の SC を強化するといえる． | ||||||||

| The study aims to elucidate the connection between a region and its people to attain materials toward fostering social capital (SC) through community health activities. The subject was Nutrient Committee members receiving assistance from City A in the development of health promotion through SC. Participants’basic attributes, subjective health views, SC measurement scale factors, and sense of attachment toward the region were assessed through a self-administered questionnaire. Age was divided into two categories, namely, below 65 and above 65 years of age. In addition, tenure as committee members was divided into two categories, namely, less than 1 year and more than 2 years. A chi-squared test was carried out to evaluate subjective health views. Further, a t-test was carried out on SC measurement scale factors and the sense of attachment toward the region, which ranged from“Strongly agree” (1 point) to“Strongly disagree”(5 points). Results indicated that 69.7% of Nutrient Committee members were above 65 years of age, and a significant difference was found between higher age and structural SC. In addition, 47.4% of committee members had been tenured for 1 year, and a significant difference was observed between tenure as a committee member and sense of attachment toward the region. Members who deemed that their stay in the region was sufficiently lengthy and that their lives were stable fostered SC and the sense of attachment toward the region through Nutrient Committee member activities. Therefore, such organizational and continuous activities in collaboration with the administration and other entities as a foundation can strengthen the SC of the region in the form of health-promoting volunteer work that is strongly based in the region. | ||||||||
