| 本研究は障害者支援施設職員を対象とし，連携に関する現状と課題を明らかにすることを目的とした．A法人の障害者支援施設全5施設の職員を対象に，自記式質問紙による集団留置法による郵送調査を実施した．分析対象は154人（有効回答率79.4%）とした．入所者支援における困難感（以下，「困難感」），入所者支援におけるジレンマ（以下，「ジレンマ」），「他職種との連携」などの項目からなる入所者支援における職場環境（以下，「職場環境」）の3つのスケールを軸に分析をすすめた．その結果，「困難感」では，入所施設において介護職の割合が多いことから，特に，医療知識・技術や介護技術に関する項目に困難感を感じる職員の割合が多かった．「ジレンマ」では，入所者のニーズに応じた支援やケアを提供したいと考える職員の思いと日々の多様な業務を遂行しなければならない現実との間でジレンマを生じていた．全体のまとめとして，「他職種との連携」をおこなう際，職員が感じる「困難感」や「ジレンマ」が関連していることが明らかとなった．「他職種との連携」がより効果的に図られるためには，職員が感じる「困難感」や「ジレンマ」を軽減する必要がある．その1つの方法として，職員間でのコミュニケーションや情報共有，知識・技術等のスキル向上を行うことのできる場や機会などの環境整備や体制を構築することの必要性が示唆された． | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to clarify the current status and issues related to cooperation among the staff in support facilities for persons with disabilities. Analysis was made using mainly three scales. The three are: “feeling of difficulty” and “dilemma” and “collaboration with the other professionals” items in the configuration of the “work environment”. As a result, as for “difficulty”, there were a large percentage of staff who felt a sense of difficulty in items related to medical knowledge, technology and care technology. In the “dilemma”, a dilemma arises between the thoughts of the staff who want to provide the support and care that the client wants and the reality of having to carry out various tasks. It was found that “feeling of difficulty” and “dilemma” related to “collaboration with the other specialists”. To be more effective in “collaboration with the other specialists” it is necessary to reduce the difficulty” and “dilemma”. As one of the methods, it was suggested that it is necessary to build an environmental and a system such as places and opportunities where communication and information sharing among the staff and skills improvement such as knowledge and technology can take place. | ||||||||
