| 本論は，2016（平成28）年の教育職員免許法の改正に伴い，大学における教員養成のあり方が再検討された実態を踏まえ考察を行う．教員養成に関わる全ての大学で教員養成のカリキュラムが大幅に変更されるに至った経緯と現状を整理することで，教員養成における今後の課題や展望について検討を行う．特に，「教職教養」では「コアカリキュラム」を網羅した教職課程を実施しなければならなくなったことにおける課題について明らかにすることを目的としている．結果，コアカリキュラムの実施により，教員養成の授業内容が規定された．同時に教職教養の授業を担う人材の不足といった課題が生じた． | ||||||||

| In this paper, following the revision of the Education Personnel Certification Law in 2016, we examined the actual conditions of how the teacher training at universities has been reappraised. We considered future problems and prospects in teacher training by organizing the circumstances and the current situation of the curriculum of teacher training at all involved universities where teacher training has changed substantially. IN particular, we aimed to clarify the issue in teacher education of having to implement teacher training courses covering the core curriculum. The results showed that the contents of the teacher training classes were prescribed by the implementation the core curriculum. At the same time, problems such as the lack of human resources that could be responsible for teacher education classes occurred. | ||||||||
