| わが国では高齢化の中で，子育て中に親の介護に直面する「ダブルケア」に携わる人が増加している．子育て中の就労女性が介護に携わるという多重課題の負担軽減の為，介護負担感，疲労に影響を及ぼす要因を明らかにすることを目的とした．協力を得た中学高等学校に通う生徒の保護者1,523名に無記名自記式質問紙を配布し，回収した497名（回収率32.6%）の中から，就労しダブルケアに携わる93名を対象とした．基本属性は記述統計を行った．そして，介護負担感には，荒井らが作成したZarit介護負担尺度日本語版の短縮版（J-ZBI_8）を使用し，介護と子育てと就労の状況について t 検定あるいは一元配置分散分析を行った．そして，疲労感にはχ²検定を行い有意水準は5%とした．被介護者に認知症，徘徊，不潔行動があり，排泄の介助が介護負担感を高めていた．余暇時間，知識，子育て協力家族，精神的支えは介護負担感，疲労感にも関連していた．余暇時間，知識の取得は介護負担感，疲労感を軽減する．そして，協力者や精神面の関わりも疲労感を軽減する． | ||||||||||

| In an aging society，more and more people are faced with having to engage in double care duties，providing care for elderly family members while raising children．In this study，we investigated factors which affect the sense of burdensomeness and fatigue arising from care of the elderly，to be able to alleviate the burden of performing multiple tasks by working women raising children. Anonymous questionnaires were distributed to 1,523 parents of junior and senior high school students，and 497 responses (32.6%) were collected．Data from 93 working women who engaged in this kind of double care duties were analyzed．Descriptive statistics were performed on the basic attributes．The sense of burdensomeness by care of elderly family members was analyzed by using the short version of the Japanese version of the Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview (J-ZBI_8) by Arai et al．The analysis employed t-tests，and one-way ANOVA was performed in a comparison of care of the elderly and raising children and employment status．Fatigue was analyzed by χ² test assigning a 5% of significance level．Dementia，aimless wandering，dirtying behaviors，and excretion assistance were determined to be factors that increase the sense of care burdensomeness．Leisure time，know-how，support of family members in raising children，and emotional support were related to caregiver burdensomeness and fatigue．Leisure time and know-how reduce caregiver burdensomeness and fatigue．Fatigue is alleviated by the involvement of persons who support the mental aspects of doubled care duties． | ||||||||||
