| 近年，増加している医療サービストラブルの一要因として，ヘルスリテラシー（健康情報に関する情報リテラシー）が十分でないという指摘がある．そのためヘルスリテラシーの考え方を中核概念とし，個人と家族の健康や健康格差が解消できるように医療情報を消費者視点で捉え，最適な選択肢，最適な意思決定に繋げるという医療サービス消費力が重要となる．本文では，こうした概念を「医療サービスデシジョンリテラシー」という呼称を用いて明らかにした． | ||||||||

| Recently a lack of sufficient health literacy has been cited as one of the causes in the growing number of medical service problems. Therefore, in order to resolve health inequalities experienced by individuals and families, it is essential to create an approach in which health literacy is the central focus. Furthermore, this approach should utilize medical information viewed from a consumer perspective to empower medical consumers through the development of optimum choice and optimum decision-making processes. Given such an interpretation, it becomes clear that what is necessary is not just health literacy, but medical decision-making literacy. | ||||||||
