| 近年，国際生活機能分類（ICF）の意義や活用の重要さは認識されてきたが，構造の複雑さや項目 数の多さ（全1,457項目），用語の難しさ，全体像の理解の難しさなどから，実践的活用までに至って いないといえる．本研究では ICF の実践的な活用を目指し，その第一歩として適切なコード化を促 す支援システムを作成し，その活用例を示した．支援システムは ICF をインターネットを介して閲 覧，検索可能とする Web システムとした．ICF 検索機能としては Google 検索エンジンのサイト内検 索を利用し，多くのユーザが見慣れた検索結果を得ることが可能となった．さらに，Yahoo 形態素解 析（WebAPI）を利用し，文章による検索を可能とした．類義語に関しては，形態素解析で分割され たキーワードに対する類語辞典へのリンクを表示し，容易に再検索できるようにした．このシステム の活用例として，①日本広範小児リハ評価セット，②居宅サービス評価票，③要介護認定調査票，④ 重症児チェックリスト，⑤障害程度区分，⑥認知症アセスメント，⑦機能的自立度評価表の各評価項 目を ICF コード化した．全生活機能評価票の分析対象項目は，合計で291件あった．コーディングし たデータを評価票ごとに集計し，頻度分布図を作成したところ，評価内容が心身機能「b」を中心に したものと活動・参加「d」を中心にしたものに分かれることが示唆された．そこで，評価票間のコー ド（質問項目）の類似度をクラスタ分析を用いて確認したところ，日常生活動作を中心に調査を行っ ている評価票と高齢者を対象とした調査の分類があることが示唆された．新しい評価票を作成した際 に，同様の分析を行えば類似度の高い評価票を確認することができる．この活用例では，既存の評価 票を ICF コード化し，類似の評価票を分類することで，新しい評価票を作成する際により完成度を 高めるための一つの方法を示すことができたと考える． | ||||||||||

| A Web server for searching ICF code was built, which aimed to promote effective use of ICF. A search keyword can be extracted from text using Yahoo morphological analysis API and Google custom search engine. With the search function, it became possible for many users to obtain familiar search results using the in-site search of the Google search engine. It was also considered in order to search synonyms easily. In order to show an example of the practical use of the ICF code search system, the evaluation criteria (291 items) of seven existing functioning evaluations were coded by two health information managers using the ICF code search system and the features of each evaluation were investigated. The similarity during functioning evaluations was indicated using the cluster analysis which is a statistical analytical method. It was effective to have classified a similar evaluation sheet in order to create a better evaluation sheet. The ICF code search system enabled us to code more easily than before. | ||||||||||
