| 本研究の目的は，障がい児をもつ保護者の子育てに関する不安や負担感を把握し，保護者支援の課題を明らかにすることである．倉敷市の特別支援学級の保護者328人を対象にアンケート調査を行った．障がい児の子育て状況に関する項目を重みなし最小二乗法，プロマックス回転で因子分析を行い，「負担感」「受容・理解」「ささえ・仲間」の3因子を抽出することができた．本調査からは，①障がい児をもつ保護者の子育ての大変さや楽しさは，居住地区，居住年数，年齢，就労形態の属性による違いはなく共通している．②ひとり親家族は核家族に比べて「ささえ・仲間」感が低く，孤立しがちな状況が推察される．③情報的サポートとして親の会の仲間をあげている保護者は子どもの障がいの「受容・理解」と「ささえ・仲間」感が高い．④配偶者や自分の父母からの手段的サポートがある保護者は「ささえ・仲間」感が高く，自分の父母からのサポートがある保護者は「受容・理解」も高く「負担感」は低い．⑤医療機関や福祉サービスを利用している保護者は，「負担感」が高い．また，医療機関に不満のある保護者の「負担感」が高いことから専門家による二次ストレスがあることも否定できない．⑥倉敷市で安心して障がい児の子育てができると思っている保護者は，子育てに対する「負担感」が低く，子どもの障がいに対する「受容・理解」や「ささえ・仲間」感が高い．自由記述からは，教員の専門性の向上を図る，行政による市民啓発活動の展開，手帳を持っていない子どもの高校進学とサービス利用保障を願っていることが分かった．今後，障がい児をもつ保護者の子育てに対する「負担感」を軽減し，子どもの障がいの「受容・理解」を高め，子育てに対する「ささえ・仲間」を高めるために親の会やピアグループ活動の展開を支援する必要がある． | ||||||||||

| This research explored the sense of burden parents of children with disabilities feel, and the support available to them. Subjects were 328 parents of disabled children in special needs education classes in Kurashiki, Japan. Factor analysis of related variables extracted three factors－“sense of burden,”“ acceptance/understanding,” and “support/peer group.” Results of analysis showed the following:1) The difficulties and pleasures of parents raising children with disabilities are common regardless of residence, years of residence, age or work type;2) single-parent families tended to feel less positive about childrearing, and more isolated;3) parents who choose “peer group” by way of informational support have a higher feeling of “acceptance/understanding” and “support/peer group”;4) parents who have spousal support and their parents’ support have a higher feeling of “support/peer group”;5) The factor score for“ sense of burden” was significantly higher for parents who used medical and social services;6)parents who have a feeling of relief childrearing in Kurashiki City have a lower feeling of the burden of childrearing and have a higher feeling of“ acceptance/understanding” and“ support/peer group” Analysis of free responses showed that respondents hoped schools would improve teachers’ expertise and promote learning with children in conventional classes, and that municipal governments would sponsor enlightenment activities to citizen, guarantee of children with disabilities go to the high school and sufficient supply social services. |
