| 本稿は，ドイツ・ディアコニー事業団に関する日本での研究を概観したものである．それは，日本でも重視性が認識されてきた，ケアにおけるスピリチュアリティを，ディアコニー事業団が体現していると考えられるからである．論述内容としては，まず事業団の概要に触れた後，事業団の理念，実践，および理念を実践へと結びつける教育について，日本における既存の研究を提示した．その結果，既存の研究について，以下のことが明らかとなった． A. 理念としては，聖書に基づく隣人愛を基本に，それを歴史のなかで貫く努力がなされてきたことを確認する研究が多く見られた． B. 実践面では，古代からそれに関わってきたディアコニッセたちに関する研究がなされていたのと同時に，現在のディアコニーの実践に関しては，現地を訪れ，調査した結果から，ディアコニーの意味に近づくべく，より一層対象者を中心とするケアへと努力がなされているとの報告が確認された． C. 教育面では，ディアコニー事業団のプログラムに参加するなかで，国内に留まらず，各地でディアコニー実践を可能にするための様々な試みがプログラムとして提供されていることが報告されていた． これらの研究内容から，以下のことを結論として提示した． 1. この事業団の根底にある精神は，イエスを模範としたキリスト教の隣人愛である． 2. ここでのケア実践には，奉仕者としてのディアコニッセおよびディアコーンの在り方が重要であったが，状況が変化した現在，教会の統括と人々の協力がこれを支えている．社会構造の異なる日本でこれを実践するには，地域の協力も必要であろう． 3. ケア実践のために重要なのは援助者の力であり，その涵養のために，教育は不可欠である．ディアコニー事業団の教育に関する日本の研究は希少であるが，ここに学ぶべき課題があるのではないか． |

| This study is a review of the research done in Japan concerning Diakonisches Werk der EKD e.V.. The research shows that Diakonisches Werk has come to be recognized in Japan and that it embodies the spirituality of care. This paper, after presenting a brief outline of the foundation, discusses the existing Japanese research concerning education linked to the ideas, the practices and the application of the foundations ideas. As a result, the following conclusions can be taken from existing research. A. It can be seen from many studies that there has always been the effort throughout history to follow the Biblical idea of loving one’s neighbor. B. As for its practice, while research has been done on the practices of Diakonisse from ancient times, reports about the current practices of Diakonie from the results of visiting local areas and taking surveys indicate that care is provided that focuses more on the person and more closely approaches the meaning of neighborly love. C. As for education, among the programs Diakonsches Werk is involved in, it was reported that many kinds of approaches are offered in order to make it possible to practice Diakone not in one country alone but in many others. The following points are presented as conclusions from this research. 1. The spirituality at the root of this movement is the Christian love of neighbor patterned after that of Christ. 2. As for the practice of care, the Diakonisse as servants and their way of carrying out Diakonie had once been important, but in our modern times the situation has changed and it is church supervision and the cooperation of many people that provide the main support now. In Japan, where the social structure is quite different, local communities may have the power to practice this kind of care. 3. The power of the supporters of care is very important. Education is indispensible for such training. Japanese research on Diakonisches Werk is limited, but valuable ideas can still be gleaned from it. |
