| 他者依存的な人は，ソーシャル・サポートが得られると感じていても，それが心理的な健康につながりにくく，サポートが得られる関係への満足度も低い．しかし，他者依存的な人では実際にサポートのやりとりが少ないのかどうかについての検討はまだなされていない．そこで，調査1では大学生179名を対象に，他者依存性と友人関係におけるサポートの入手および提供可能性との関係，およびそれらと抑うつおよび充実感との関係について検討した．1ヶ月後におこなった調査2では，調査1に回答した大学生のうち116名の協力を得て，他者依存性と友人関係における過去1ヶ月間での実際のサポート授受との関係，およびそれらと抑うつおよび充実感との関係について検討した．その結果，他者依存性の高さは，サポート入手・提供の可能性のみならず実際のサポート量を減少させることによって，心理的健康に影響することが示された． | ||||||||

| It is difficult for people with a dependent personality to utilize social support for maintaining psychological health. Through the two studies, we investigated the relationship among interpersonal dependency, social support with friends, and depression and the sense of fulfillment as psychological health in university students. We focused on possibility of receiving and giving support in study 1, and the actual amount of them during a one-month period. The results indicated that the degree of dependency on other people affected psychological health through decreasing the possibility of receiving and giving support, as well as the actual amount of support. | ||||||||
