| 本研究の目的は，臨床心理学系の専門教育を受ける期間によって，医療機関での実習においての守秘義務に関する大学生の倫理的判断に違いが認められるかを明らかにすることである． 臨床心理学を専門に学ぶ学生317名を対象として質問紙調査を行った．伝える場所と伝える対象の組み合わせで11の条件を設定し，伝えることに対する抵抗感の有無と実際に伝えるか否かについて，専門教育を受ける期間の長さで2つの群に分けて比較した． 結果，専門教育を受ける期間の長さに関係なく同じような傾向を示し，かつ臨床心理学系の専門教育を受ける前から倫理的な判断が可能である条件と臨床心理学系の専門教育を受ける期間が長い方が短い方より倫理的判断が可能となる条件があることが明らかとなった．今後は職業倫理について効果的とされるプログラムを用いた教育を行い，その効果について実証的に検討していくことが必要だと考えられる． |

| The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences to be found in the ethical judgment of university students on cofidentiality depending on the length of their practical training in clinical psychology at medical institutions． 317 university students studying to become psychotherapists were asked to participate and responded to the questionnaire. We made 11 conditions with a place and a person to disclose information to disclosed by Patient A．We compared 2 groups of participants grouped according to their length of training as to whether they would be reluctant to disclose information and whether they would actually disclose it or not． The results were as follows. There were conditions that showed no differences based on the length of training, conditions where ethical judgment was possible without training and conditions in which the length of training in clinical psychology determined their ethical judgment. In the future, further empirical research should be conducted to produce an education with the most effective program for teaching professional ethics. |
