| The philosophical foundations for the ethical judgement concerning bioethical problems was considered as an introductive account, but not in detail. As such foundations, the human capacity of self-decision appearing in the concept of the existential engagement in the context of existentialism, the human responsibility for the future required of the enterprise for the future policy of life in general and the intentionality of mind toward values reviewed in the context of the phenomenological philosophy were particularly noticed and discussed. A cerebral death problem was examined as one of the model cases in the bioethical issues. | ||||||||
