| 疾病の医療情報は, 患者に不安や恐怖を与える.この不安や恐怖は, 医療過程に悪影響を与える.このとき, 援助的介入が必要になる.健康は自由や平等と同様に, 一つの価値である.医療者-患者関係は, 相互の価値観のふれ合いによってつくられる.医療の援助的介入は, 単に対人関係の調整の手法であるだけでなく, 基本的に, 社会生活における価値の問題である.また, それは社会的枠組の中でおこなわれるので, この枠組を考えることが重要である. | ||||||||

| Patient is feared by Medical information of sickness. Medical treatment is influenced negatively by this anxiety and fear. If this is so, it is necessary to the supportive intervention to patient. Good health is value as well as freedom and equality. Doctor-Patient relation is created by coming into contact with value conception of health each other. Medical supportive intervention is not only a way of regulation of interpersonal relation, but fundamentally a problem of value in social life. And as it is practiced in some social frame of reference, so it is important to reconsider this frame. | ||||||||
