本研究は,広汎性発達障害児(以下PDD児)をもつ母親が,様々な育児ストレッサーの下で,父親(夫)から求める理想のサポート内容,および実際に受けているサポート内容と,父親(夫)が母親に対して行なうことを理想とするサポート内容,および実際に行なっているサポート内容を明らかにすることを目的とした.学童期のPDD児をもつ夫婦40組を対象に,質問紙調査を行った.母親に対しては,母親の育児ストレッサーが何かについて調べた.さらに母親が育児ストレッサーの下で父親(夫)から求める理想のサポート内容と実際のサポート内容を自由記述で回答を求めた.父親に対しては,父親が推測する母親のストレッサーの下で,母親に対して行うことを理想とするサポート内容と実際のサポート内容を自由記述で回答を求めた.母親は,父親(夫)に母親へのサポートだけではなく,子どもへのサポートも求めていた.父親(夫)は母親へのサポートが必要だと考えていたが,子どもへのサポートが必要であるとしていた事例は少なかった.全体を通して,サポート内容が一致していた夫婦は30%であり,多くの夫婦においては不一致がみられることが明らかとなった. |

The support which mothers having children with pervasive developmental disorders (children with PDD) need from fathers (husbands) under various child care stressors, and the support which they really received were examined. The support which fathers wanted to perform for mothers and the support which they really performed were also examined. Forty couples having children with PDD in elementary school reported on the questionnaire. Mothers described their child care stressors and the support which they want and really received from fathers. Fathers described the support which they want to perform and really performed to mothers. Results showed that mothers needed not only the support to themselves but also the support to a child from fathers. Fathers thought that support to the mother was necessary, but did not think that the support to a child was necessary. Only 30% of couples had the same support both received and performed. The disagreements in supports were found in many couples. |
