| 本研究は,社会福祉を考えていく上で必要不可欠となる人間理解について,主に西洋社会に焦点を当てることによって,現代へと至る人間観のプログラムを明らかにし,新たな理論的展開を視野に入れた今後の社会福祉における人間観の課題について,考察を深めていくことを目的としている.これまでの人間観の歴史的なプログラムは,啓蒙運動の影響もあり,自由で自律性をもった理性ある人間像を作り上げてきたが,現代においては経済的側面からの規定が強く進み,その側面からの個人主義が社会福祉における人間観を規定してきていることが明らかである.しかし,社会福祉はそこで規定されるいわゆる弱い個人から強い個人への変換を目指すという二項対立的な理解に収まるものではなく,そのため,Herderにみられるような相互依存する人間の生成的側面への検討を深めていく必要性があることが明らかになった.そのことは,二項対立的な人間観から常に生成変化する人間観という理解の必要性を喚起している.また,平均的な個人への収斂という枠を超え,文化や時間を視野に入れた差異を持った存在として考えていくことでもある.そのため社会福祉においては,相対主義による排他的側面に注意しながらも,常に反本質的に可変性をもった人間観が課題となることが考察された. | ||||||||

| Understanding a view of humans is necessary to view and consider their social welfare. The aim of this work is to clarify the program of a view of humans from the Middle Ages to the present-day, focusing on Western society, and to consider the problem of a view of humans in social welfare which takes as its subject new developments in this theory. The program of a view of humans has been constructed as liberal and rational humans because of the effect of the Enlightenment. But, it is clear that individualism is formed by economics, and it forms a view of humans in social welfare. Social welfare is not limited to the dualistic understanding that a human changes powerlessness into powerfulness. It is clear that a consideration for interdependent human creation which Herder examines is necessary. We have to call attention to the creational view of humans as necessary in social welfare. This directs that the human has more of a difference in culture and growth than the average. Therefore, the changeability is always essential to a view of humans in social welfare, being careful to the exclusion of relativism. | ||||||||
