| 本研究の目的は,PAC分析の手法を用いて,しょうがい者の家族の態度構造を捉え,それを基にしょうがい者の家族のQOLおよび障害受容に関する認識を加えることである.これまで報告の少ないしょうがい者の父親およびきょうだいを対象とした.彼らの態度構造は,父親ときょうだいでは若干の違いはあるものの,類似した傾向が認められた.人格的成長やしょうがい者の家族ならではの気づき,人間関係の構築といった肯定的な項目を含む反面,社会的差別に起因する否定的項目が父親ときょうだいの双方に認められており,しょうがい者の家族のQOLについて検討する際,ノーマライゼーションに関する項目が加味される必要性が示唆された.また,しょうがい者の親の障害受容過程において,受容というゴールはなく,悲哀や悲嘆が内面に存在し,発達過程の節目で時に再起するという螺旋モデルを辿っていた.客観的障害受容の如何にかかわらず,家族への心理的サポートの必要性が示唆された. | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to investigate attitude construct in families of people with disabilities using Personal Attitude Construct (PAC) analysis, and thus to reconsider the concept of their Quality of Life (QOL) and their acceptance of their children's disabilities. Unlike the majority of past studies, this study had two participants, 1 father and 1 younger sister. By comparing their results, slight differences and similarities in their attitude constructs were found. Positive attitudes consisted of maturity, having a special kind of recognition as a family of the disabled, and construction of good human relations. Given that negative attitudes attributing to social discrimination were recognized in both subjects, some viewpoints of normalization must be involved when we assess the QOL of families of the disabled. Meanwhile, in the process of the acceptance of their children's disabilities, parents didn't follow a linear process. Instead, they traced the spiral model in that they felt sorrow and grief at each turning point of the individual child's developmental process. As a result, it was suggested that the families needed mental support even if they seemed to accept their child's disability objectively. | ||||||||
