| 感情を指標とした改変ARSを用いて,認知症高齢者個々によって主観的QOLの高い作業は異なるのか,どのような特徴を持つ対象者がどのような作業で主観的QOLが高まるのか,対象者の個別性を模索したいと考え5種類の作業を調査対象とし対象者ごとに作業中の主観的QOLを比較した.作業の種類によって改変ARS値に差が見られた対象者は,遊び的作業を好む群,仕事的作業を好む群,重度認知症であるが特定の遊び的作業を好む群に分かれた.対象者の好みは作業歴に合致する場合もあったが,そうでない場合もあった.今回の調査からは,どのような対象者がどの作業でより高い主観的QOLを示すのかは明確にできなかった.しかし,対象者個々で高い主観的QOLを示す作業が異なること,重度認知症であっても高い主観的QOLを示す作業があることが示された. | ||||||||||

| Adopting the modified ARS with patients' emotional scores, the investigators studied what kind of activities would increase subjective QOL of senile dementia patients, and attempted to grope for patients' individuality in each activity by administering 5 different activities to each patient to compare patients' subjective QOL during the activities. The patients' scores measured by modified ARS, indicated individually different scores in each activity. According to our outcome measure, patients were divided into three groups :those who prefer the activities that have the element of playing, those who prefer the activities that have the element of working, and those who prefer some specific activities that have the element of playing despite their serious dementia level. The patients' favorite activities sometimes agreed with their working carrers, but sometimes not. Through this study, we could not clarify the kinds of activities that might make the patients QOL higher. But we could support the differences of the activities which affect the higher QOL of the individual patient, and there are some activities which can affect the higher QOL even for senile dementia patients. | ||||||||||
