本研究は,東アジア圏域3カ国(日本,韓国,中国)に共通して使用できる簡便な老親扶養意識に関する測定尺度の開発をねらいとし,東アジア圏域3カ国の大学生ならびにその親のデータを基礎に,「手段的援助」と「情緒的援助」のそれぞれが4項目から構成される簡易版東アジア圏域用老親扶養意識測定尺度の構成概念妥当性について,因子構造の側面から検討することを目的とした.東アジア圏域3カ国の大学生とその親に調査を行い,日本の大学生758人とその親409人,韓国の大学生486人とその親495人,中国の大学生873人とその親623人の計3644人を分析対象とした.老親扶養意識を手段的扶養意識(4項目)と情緒的扶養意識(4項目)の2因子斜交モデルを設定し構成概念妥当性を因子構造モデルの側面から検討した.この2因子斜交モデルのデータへの適合度は,統計学的な許容水準を満たしていた.さらに日本,韓国,中国の3カ国と,大学生とその親で分割した6群のデータにおいて同時因子分析により検討したところ,因子負荷量が群間で等しいという制約を課した測定不変のモデルにおいて,適合度は統計学的な許容水準を満たしていた.この結果は簡易版東アジア圏域用老親扶養意識測定尺度の因子構造モデルの側面からみた構成概念妥当性が支持されたことを意味する.次いで簡易版東アジア圏域用老親扶養意識測定尺度の信頼性の検討をCronbach's α信頼性係数から検討した.結果は手段的扶養意識は0.867,情緒的扶養意識は0.853であり信頼性は支持された.以上の結果より簡易版東アジア圏域用老親扶養意識測定尺度は,東アジア圏域3カ国における老親扶養意識の違いやその変化を踏まえた老親扶養システムを検討する上で,重要な機能を果たすものとして期待できる. |

In this study, we used a factor structure model to investigate the construct validity of a simple scale to measure attitudes toward filial support of elderly parents, with the aim of developing a Simple Scale of Attitudes Toward Filial Responsibility for common use in three East Asian countries (Japan, Korea, and China). A total of 3,644 university students and their parents from these three countries were surveyed. An oblique model consisting of two factors-attitudes toward instrumental support (4 items) and attitudes toward emotional support (4 items) -was established. The goodness of fit indicator for data from this model was statistically acceptable. Further investigation was conducted for the six subject groups (university students and their parents from each of the three countries). In a model of measurement invariance that constrains equal path coefficients among the six groups, the goodness of fit indicator was statistically acceptable, supporting the construct validity of the scale as a factor structure model. Next, the reliability of the scale was investigated with Cronbach's α reliability coefficient; reliability was supported with a coefficient of 0.867 for attitudes toward instrumental support and 0.853 for attitudes toward emotional support. |
