| 病気によるさまざまな制限を受けながらも,児童生徒が,意欲的に授業に参加し生活することができるように環境を整えることは,極めて重要なことである.そのためには,病弱教育を担当する教師が専門性を高め,授業時数の制限や学習空白に配慮した指導を行うことが不可欠となる.本稿では,日本における病弱教育の制度の変遷と意義,ICT (Information and Communication Technology) 活用の教育施策の経緯とその取り組みについて俯瞰した.病気の児童生徒への授業場面におけるICT活用については,積極的な実践が報告されているが,児童生徒の教育支援に必要な教師同士の情報共有のためにICT活用する取り組みはほとんどなされていない.そこで,全国に散在している病弱教育に関する指導法,教材等の教育情報をできる限り一元化し,新たに病弱教育を担当する教師が教育情報を得やすくすること,病弱教育担当教師が教育情報を発信し共有するための仕組みを築くことを目的に,CMS (Content Management System) ,Web会議システムなどのICTを活用し病弱教育支援冊子を作製した.病弱教育支援冊子は、ICTを活用することによって時間と場所に左右されることなく効率的に教育情報を蓄積,共有するツールとして作製することができた.また,児童生徒の前籍校の担当教師に,子どもの病気に関する知識,理解を促すため,病院にある学校の教師が病弱教育支援冊子を手渡すことによって,病弱教育についての理解,啓発を図り,前籍校復帰を支援するために必要な教育情報の提供ツールにもなることが示唆された. | ||||||||||

| It is extremely important to arrange the environment for children with health impairments in order to participate in a class actively, and to live a life while having various limits. In this paper, the change of the system of education for children with health impairments in Japan and its significance and the process of the education measures of the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) utilization and the educational action have been overviewed. In addition, we have developed a support booklet on education for children with health impairments. The purpose of this booklet is to unify information on education such as teaching method and instructional material that varies around our country, and to develop information sharing of tools among teachers in charge of the children with health impairments. Through the utilization of ICT, the teachers around the country who are in charge of children with health impairments have been able to share necessary information on education for those children, regardless of time and place. Moreover, it is reported that the support booklet works as a tool to provide necessary information on education for children with health impairments to regular classroom teachers in elementary and junior high schools. | ||||||||||
