現在,自閉症スペクトラム (ASD) 児への支援手法としてTEACCHプログラムにおける構造化が評価されており,そのTEACCHプログラムでは家庭における構造化の実践を重要視している.しかしながら,わが国において家庭での構造化実践に関する研究は実践的なケース研究が大半を占めており,親による家庭での構造化の実態や家庭での実践に及ぼす要因について調査した研究は少ない.そこで,本研究では(1)家庭での構造化に関する実態について明らかにすること,(2)家庭での構造化実践に影響を与える要因について明らかにすることを目的とし,療育機関を利用する親を対象に質問紙調査 (75名) およびインタビュー調査 (3名) を実施した.質問紙調査の結果,ASD児の親は構造化についての理解があり,構造化の有益性を実感しているものの,その理解と実感のみで家庭での実践につながるとは限らないということが明らかになった.また,構造化の支援手法の1つであるスケジュールの家庭内実践と,療育目的であるA事業の利用経験に関連性が見られたことから,A事業の特色である療育計画および個別相談が家庭でのスケジュール実践に影響を与えているということが推測された.インタビュー調査の結果からは,家庭での構造化実践の継続に至るまでの過程およびこれに影響を与える要因が明らかになった.ASD児の親は構造化を知ると同時に有益性を感じていたが,最初に有益性を感じた構造化とは他人がおこなった構造化であり,親自身が実践した構造化に有益性を感じて実践の継続に至るまでには【親の意識・意欲】【構造化に関する理解】【支援環境】が影響を与えていた.また,これらの要因には療育機関の働きかけが大きな影響を与えており,ここから療育機関が果たす役割についても明らかになり,家庭での構造化実践における専門機関の必要性および専門的知識・技術を持った支援者の必要性が示唆された. |

This study's purpose was to identify the actual situation of households that adopt structured teaching and the main factors which have led these households to adopt a structured teaching practice. 75 parents of treated children with autism spectrum disorders were subject to a questionnaire and a further three parents were interviewed as part of the study. The questionnaire results revealed that the implementation of structured teaching in these households was not limited to a parents' understanding or their sense of effectiveness. Furthermore, a correlation was seen in households that use a schedule as one of their support strategies, and the experience of business A designed for treatment purposes. This correlation suggested that a treatment plan and individual consultation were influencing factors in the use of schedules in the home. The interviews discussed the process of maintaining structured teaching in the home and revealed the factors which influence its continuation. These factors included parents' experiencing the effectiveness of structured teaching and 【parents' consciousness and motivation】 , 【understanding of structured teaching】 and 【a support environment】. Moreover, it can be suggested that skilled professionals and specialized agencies are required by these parents. |
