| 本研究の目的は,研究事例を元に作業療法における芸術活動の特徴を導き出した上で,その捉え方と課題を検討することであった.その結果,作業療法における芸術活動の特徴として,「目的中心」と「多様性・流動性」が導き出された.さらに,作業療法は芸術に対して非専門的レベルで関わっていることと,芸術の内容よりも目的が優先されることが確認された.作業療法の芸術の捉え方は,明確な芸術観を持たず,多様な芸術観に対して開かれていないと考えられた.課題としては,芸術に対する考察を行い多様な芸術の在り方を受け入れること,そのための具体的方策を実施すること,作業療法における芸術理論を確立していくこと等が考えられた. | ||||||||

| The purpose of this research, after determining the basic features of art activity in occupational therapy (OT) on the basis of sixteen research cases, was to examine professional views on art activity in OT and to discover ways to improve the activities. The result of the research showed purpose-centeredness and variety/mobility to be the most important aspects of art activity in OT. Additionally, it was determined that, although occupational therapists engage in art at a non-professional level, this arrangement is validated by the finding that the process of art activity takes precedence over the quality of the created product. Thirdly, research indicates that the prevailing view in OT regarding the use of art activity is an unfocused view that appears closed to new ideas or innovation in this area. The conclusions of how to address the problem of art activity in OT are three-fold. First, OT should become open to a dialogue about a variety of ideas on art. Secondly, it should develop and implement a concrete plan to appropriate that variety in OT. Lastly, it should establish art theory in OT. | ||||||||
