| 本研究の目的は,韓国における地域社会福祉館の概念および歴史,地域社会福祉館の設置現況,事業対象,事業内容,光州地域「某福祉館」の地域社会福祉事業,地域社会福祉館の発展方向に関する研究である.現在,地域社会福祉館は地域住民に対する直接的なサービスを提供することに役割が集中されている場合が多く,サービスの連携,調整および統合は相対的に弱い.その原因として,韓国の社会福祉政策は経済政策を優先しつつも後に回されてきた様々な社会問題に対する対応について,予算不足,マンパワー不足,国民の認識不足など課題があり,その結果サービスが重複,分散化されるなどの問題点が生じている.したがって,地域社会における企業,学校,宗教団体,市民団体など体系的に連携させ,地域社会にある社会資源を効率的に動員させる必要がある. | ||||||||

| This study discusses the concept and history of community social welfare centers in Korea and clarifies their implementation status, operation objectives and description. It also examines the operation of community social welfare at the "Welfare Centers" in Gwangjoo and considers the direction of the development of community social welfare centers in Korea. Currently, the role of community social welfare centers is mainly to provide direct services to local residents. However, collaboration, adjustments, and integration of services are relatively weak. As a result, there are problems such as overlapping, deconcentrating, and splintering of services. Therefore, it is necessary to organize resources in communities more efficiently through systematic collaboration with companies, schools, religious groups, and citizen groups in local areas. | ||||||||
