| 本研究は,社会福祉における新たな理論的展開を狙った取り組みの一環として,その検討課題を提起することを目標としたものである.本稿では,社会福祉学において,岡村理論,孝橋理論と並んで,その本質を明らかにしようとした嶋田理論に対し改めて考察を加え,今後の理論的展開の取り組むべき方向性を示したものである.嶋田理論は,社会福祉力動的統合理論として,体制論的観点とシステム理論の知見を取り入れ,さらには人間の存在そのものとしての人格的な価値を重視することによって体系化されたものである.そこでの要点は,資本主義社会としての体制的観点の着目,社会システム論を批判的に検討し,システムの逆機能性に着目することによるシステムの変容,価値をもった科学としての社会福祉学の構築,つまり近代科学の反省を踏まえた価値的側面と構造=機能関係との力動性の理論化であった.本稿では,上記のような嶋田理論の特徴を明らかにした上で,新たな理論的展開に向けて,主に3つの今後の課題と展望を考察した.第一に,システムの発想を基盤とした,関係性の問題である.一般システム理論のような従来からのシステム論は,全体に従属的な側面を導くが,全体性の中に個別性をみようとする社会福祉学にとって,全体性への調和と共に,部分間の差異の増幅によるシステムの変容を考察していくことが求められるのである.第二に,そのシステムの変容に関わる弁証法論理の問題である.それは,システムの相互限定や相補性を提起するものとして考えられるのである.第三に,価値の科学としての問題が提起される.価値と科学との結びつきを重視する社会福祉学にとり,人間観はその学問としての認識体系に大きな影響を持つものである.ここでは,社会福祉学として,システムの変容とも関連し,共生という思想に着目していくことが求められると考えられるのである. | ||||||||

| The aim of this work is to clarify the points for a new theory of social welfare, reviewing the dynamic integrated theory of social welfare. The points of that theory focus on the social system of capitalism, the change of the system and the value for social welfare. It is necessary to understand these points for considering new theory of social welfare. It is possible to clarify three points for a new theory of social welfare. First, we must understand the changes of the system. In a changing system, differences between elements are increased. Secondly, then we must think of the dialectic. The dialectic problem raises a question about the recognition of people. This problem is essential for social welfare. Thirdly, we must examine the human images. This science relates to social and cultural elements. The symbiosis of these contributes to the construction of the theory of social welfare. | ||||||||
