| 本研究の目的は,精神障害者がソーシャルサポート利用を拡大するプロセスを明らかにすることである.精神障害者共同作業所を利用している精神障害者を対象に半構成インタビューを行ない,M-GTAで分析を行った.M-GTAによる分析の結果,20の概念と3つのカテゴリー,6のサブカテゴリーが生成された.分析の結果,精神障害者は,ソーシャルサポートを「とりあえず利用」するなかで,分かってもらえることにより,ソーシャルサポートを利用してよかったと認識し,「ほっと安心」する.重要なことは,「ほっと安心」できることであり,このことによって,新しいサポートをさらに利用するという行動が起こる.ただし,「利用してがっかり」することもあり,新しいサポートの利用にはつながらないこともあることが明らかになった.また,利用しているサポートに対して「これで満足」という認識を持つと,現在利用しているサポート以外のサポートを利用したくなくなることもある.このことから,本人のことを理解すること,「ほっと安心」することを促進する支援を行うことが必要であると言える. | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to clarify the process by which people with psychiatric disabilities can expand their use of social support. I used a semi-structured interview to the people with psychiatric disabilities and the data was analyzed using M-GTA. The analysis results show that among those with psychiatric disabilities who give social support a try for the first time, some recognize that by being understood, they are pleased with the social support and they feel comfortable using it. This feeling of being comfortable with social support is important since it stimulates further attempts to ask for more. However, this study also indicates some adverse sides of social support: some people with psychiatric disabilities tend to stop their use of social support when they feel disappointed; or they seek no other social support if they are satisfied with the current one. It might be concluded that what is crucial to social support is to promote a type of support which helps those to feel understood and provide them with a sense of ease or comfort. | ||||||||
