| 本研究は,ソーシャルワークにおける新たな洞察形式を構築する研究の一環である.本稿では,これまでのソーシャルワークの洞察形式を,構造・機能・意味の観点から整理し,その整理された洞察形式の接合を図る.そこでは自己組織性が接合を説明する原理として位置づけられることになり,そこから新たな洞察形式を導くことを目的としている.ソーシャルワークの洞察形式は主に3つの流れに整理することが可能と考える.第一の流れは要素還元主義に基づいた心理・精神構造,あるいは社会構造に問題の原因を帰結させるものであり,ソーシャルワークの科学化の発端となった.第二の流れはシステム理論,生態学に基づくものであり,機能的側面を重視した相互作用を説明するものである.構造 - 機能の観点から第一の流れを視野に組み込んでおり,現在最も主流ともいえる洞察形式である.これに対し,第三の流れがエンパワメントやストレングス視点に基づくものであり,人間の個々の意味を重視する洞察形式を主張するものである.近年のソーシャルワークでは,この第三の流れが強調されてきているが,人間の現実的な生活を捉える上では構造 - 機能的側面を無視することはできず,いかにして意味的側面を接合するかが問われてくるのである.機能合理性を優先する社会を前提として考えてきたこれまでのソーシャルワークの洞察形式では,人間個々の意味は機能性に還元され,その同一性が重視されてきた.しかしながら,新たなソーシャルワークの洞察形式を考えるとき,人間個々の意味の差異性を重視し,そこから機能を問うていかなければならない.同一への調和ではなく,差異から生じる力動性に重点を置くことが必要なのである.この力動性を捉える新たな原理が自己組織性なのであり,その自己組織性が生じる世界では,波動的に捉え,螺旋的に循環していくソーシャルワークの洞察形式が示唆されるのである. | ||||||||

| This study constitutes a part of the project which aims to develop a new insight form. We intend to reorganize the insight form adopted previously in social work into a unity of structure, function and meaning, in which self-organization is considered a principle conducive to our objective. The insight form in social work can be divided into three theories. The first theory, which contributed to the refinement of social work into a science, attributes all problems to mental, psychological and social structures. The second theory, rooted in a system theory and ecology, explains human-environmental interaction with an emphasis on function: this theory, currently the most authentic, incorporates the first one into a structure-function perspective. The third theory, based on the ideas of empowerment and strength, focuses on the importance of individuals. While the third theory has attracted the most attention in recent years, what remains to be done is unification of the aspects of meaning with those of structure-function. In response to a society oriented in function-rationale, the insight form of social work has so far reduced the meaning of individuals to mere function and placed emphasis on equation. However, a new insight form ought to address individual differences rather than function, in other words, the dynamics derived from difference rather than equation. Self-organization provides the driving force for the dynamics of this mechanism. A new insight form of social work will be founded on wave relationship and spiral circulation in a society built on self-organization. | ||||||||
