介護の視点から,介護コミットメントとして検討することの可能性及び有用性の有無等への示唆を得ることを目的に,コミットメントに関する先行研究から国内文献21文献に絞り検討を行った.これらの文献を検討した結果,主な傾向として4つの視点に分かれていた.1)看護職の職場における組織コミットメントに関する研究,2)看護学生等学生を対象に,看護職としての就職への意識や動機付けへの検討,3)コミットメントに類似もしくはコミットメントに含まれるような概念,例えばハーディネス等の周辺領域に関する実態調査や尺度開発,4)父親や母親など介護や養育上の人間関係にかかわる分析となっていた.4つの捉え方のうち,家族内の役割や人間関係における分析は,介護や養育に関する出来事をコミットメントとしての視点から分析しており,今後,この視点からの分析は,看護領域における介護コミットメントとしての取り組みの有用性及び可能性があるとの示唆が得られた. |

In order to offer insight into research related to the meaning of the concept of `commitment' in the nursing context, the authors reviewed 21 journal articles published in Japan relating to this subject including qualitative research, field surveys and reviews of research approach. The major findings are divided into 4 main research perspectives. These perspectives relate to the analysis of: 1.Organizational commitment in the nursing workplace 2.Commitment as part of raising awareness and motivation in nursing student embarking on the employment process 3.Concepts resembling commitment or concepts to which commitment is integral, for example studies and scales created to measure concepts such as `hardiness'in the workplace 4.Commitment as part of interpersonal relationship in nursing and upbringing such as maternal and paternal relationships. This research showed the existence `care commitment' as a meaningful concept within the nursing environment. The researchers hope to extend this research by incorporating triangulation into future analysis of methods and samples. |
