| 障害に関する国際的な分類として「ICF(International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health):国際生活機能分類」がある.ICFは,2001年5月,第54回WHO総会において採択された.ICFは,単に心身機能の障害により生活機能の障害を分類しようとするのではなく,活動や社会参加,環境因子に注目している点に特徴がある.ICFについては,障害や疾病を持った人やその家族,保健・医療・福祉等の幅広い分野の従事者の間で,障害や疾病の状態についての共通理解を可能とするための活用,さらに障害者に向けたサービスの計画・評価・記録や,障害者に関する統計などへの活用が期待されている.我々は,ICFの「活動と参加」の領域に焦点をあて,家族や介護職等による「在宅での日常生活の記録」を支援することを主たる目的として,ICFのコード検索やナビゲート機能を有したブラウジングツールを開発している.本研究では,ICFにおける用語を電子的に処理可能な形に整理することを目的として,ICFの項目と関連のある基本的用語の整理と関連度のスコア付けを行い,用語辞書の開発を行った.用語辞書の開発は,ICFの「活動と参加」の領域に限定し,各項目の「項目名」「定義」「含まれるもの」を対象とした.用語抽出の手順は次のとおりである.(1)「茶筌」と「和布蕪」を用いた形態素解析の実施,(2)形態素解析の結果に対する中川らのルールを用いた複合語(名詞のみ)の抽出,(3)中川らの手法を用いた複合語の関連度のスコア付け.結果,2,469個の個々の項目と「関連のある基本的用語と関連度」との関係ペアを定義した.また,抽出精度の評価では適合率98.15%,再現率81.96%を得た.本用語辞書については,今後,実際の利用を通じて評価する必要がある. | ||||||||||

| The overall aim of the ICF (International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) is to provide a unified and standard language and framework for the description of health and health-related states. A browsing tool to facilitate the use of ICF is currently under development. The browsing tool is designed fundamentally for home care use, and the covered domains are limited to "Activities and Participation" at the present moment. We developed the IT enabled ICF dictionary, which consists of basic terms and scores of the relevance degree in order to implement multidisciplinary uses of ICF terms; basic terms are relevant to individual ICF categories. The procedure of term extraction was the following: (1) to run morphological analysis with "Chasen" and "Mecab", (2) to extract the compound noun from the result of morphological analysis, "the rule of Nakagawa", (3) to calculate the score of the relevance degree of the compound noun by using the FLR method. In the results, we defined the relation of 2,469 pairs between the individual ICF category and "basic terms and scores". The precision of term extraction was 98.15%, and its recall was 81.96%. Our study implies that the IT enabled ICF dictionary can facilitate the use of ICF. | ||||||||||
