行政の形式的な手続きが電子化されつつある今,いつでも好きな時にインターネットに簡単にアクセスし,社会的諸サービスの恩恵を受けることができる,ウェブアクセシビリティの利点について考える必要がある.アクセスし易いウェブサイトを作成するためのガイドラインは既にあるが,地方自治体ではあまり認知されておらず,ウェブサイト作成者は,使い易いウェブサイトを作成するための実用的な知識を望んでいる.本論文では,最初に障害者と高齢者がインターネットを利用する時の問題点を明確にし,アクセスし易いウェブサイトを作成する方法の共有を提案している. |

Now that procedures such as governmental formalities are being digitized, it is necessary to consider web accessibility so that one can easily have access to the Internet whenever one likes and can receive benefits from social services. Although there is already a guideline for easy accessibility to construct a website, they are not well recognized among local governments yet. Their web designers still desire practical knowledge on how to achieve a good web site. In this study, we first provide problems which the disabled and the elderly encounter on the Internet and then we propose sharing the way to construct an easily accessible web site. |
