| 本論文では,医療福祉分野における対人援助サービス従事者の精神的健康の現状と,その維持方策について,職業性ストレス研究の枠組みを用いて先行研究を整理した.対人援助サービス従事者が体験する職場ストレッサーは,職務量の多さ・職務の質的困難さ,クライアントとの関係,職場の人間関係に代表され,これらが対人援助サービス従事者の精神的健康を阻害していた.維持策の一つとして,対処やソーシャルサポートなどのストレス対処資源要因を用いた職場環境の改善が効果的であることが示された.更に人的職場環境である職場の人間関係に関する研究によれば,職場の人間関係は,ソーシャルサポートと,対人援助サービスの職務特徴である協働との間に関連性があり,その改善は精神的健康維持を効果的に行えることが示された.また,ストレス対処資源要因の効果を捉える際に職務満足感との関連を考慮すると積極的な予防に繋がることも示唆されている. | ||||||||

| The aim of this study was to classify the present situation of personal assistant staff's mental health in medical welfare and the way to maintain their mental health by work stress study. Work stressors that were experienced by personal assistant staff were characterized by quantity and difficulty of work, relationship between clients and staff and relationships in the workplace. These stressors damaged the mental health of personal assistant service's staff. It was considered that the way to keep the mental health of personal assistant staff was to effectively improve the work environment by using resources such as coping and social support. Moreover, it was considered that improvement of relationships in the workplace was effective, because relationships in the workplace were relative to social support and cooperation in the workplace for the specific characteristic of personal assistant staff. Besides, to take into consideration that the relationship between resources and job satisfaction should help to select more effective resources. | ||||||||
