|
本研究の目的は,車いす使用高齢者の姿勢と移動の自立を支える調整式車いす開発のための基礎資料を得ることである.本稿では,普通型車いすと調整式車いすを比較検討して下記項目を検討した. (1)車いす足駆動時における姿勢と移動能力の関連 (2)足駆動における健常者と高齢者の車いす適応能力の違い (3)足駆動における調整式車いすの有効性 得られた知見を,以下に示す. (1)車いす移動時,テーブルを使用した前傾姿勢によって足駆動能力が向上した.一方で,傾斜クッションによる前傾姿勢では,シート厚による座面高の変化が移動能力を阻害する可能性が示された. (2)健常者に比べて,高齢者の足駆動移動時間は全般に長くなるうえ,姿勢条件に対する個別の相違も大きい.結果として,与えられた車いす環境の違いが移動時間により強く反映されるため,きめ細かな個別対応が必要とされる. (3)健常青年において,座面高の不適合による足駆動移動時間が長くなる傾向が確認された. |

The purpose of this research is to develop an adjustable type wheelchair which supports elderly people's posture and independent mobility. In this paper, comparative investigation of the standard type wheelchair and the adjustable type wheelchair was carried out, and the following items were examined: ・Relation of posture and independent mobility in wheelchair foot propulsion. ・The difference in wheelchair adaptation capability of healthy subjects and elderly in wheelchair foot propulsion. ・Validity of the adjustment type wheelchair in wheelchair foot propulsion. The acquired knowledge is as follows: ・Wheelchair foot propulsion capability has improved through ante-version posture which uses the table, while in the case of the slant cushion, the depth of the seat may disturb independent mobility. ・Since elderly people need long periods of time to become mobile and have individual differences environmental adaptation capability, it is important to adjust the wheelchair for each physical constitution. ・The mismatching of the seat height tends to prolong periods of time if takes for healthy subjects to become mobile. |
