| Successful Agingに関する先行研究のうち海外文献を鑑みながら,国内文献13文献の検討を行った.これらの文献を検討した結果,主な傾向として3つの視点に分かれていた.ひとつは,Successful Agingに関する研究の潮流を概観したもの,2つ目はSuccessful Agingそのものを現状から対象者に面接を実施し,Successful Agingの意味として見えてくる分析を因子探索的に行い,カテゴリーを抽出したもの,3つ目はSuccessful Agingの類似概念や周辺領域に関する実態調査や概念規定をしないままに,老化過程の現状を調査したものであった.今後の課題としては,1.老化過程における対象者自身が語った体験・思いや思考をできるだけ詳細に記述してゆく.2.対象者を絞る場合,人生における継続的な変化を捉え,対象者自身の主観を反映した見解を得る必要がある.3.質的分析を行う場合,その対象や方法論を含めたTriangulationを実施してゆく必要性がある. | ||||||||||

| This study reviewed 13 previously published journal articles in Japan relating to the search for the meaning of Successful Aging. We found the following areas useful: review of research approaches to Successful Aging, Qualitative research and sample survey. Recommendations based on the literature review include the following ;1) Since findings can be applied to other patients, their thinking and experiences need to be recorded in greater detail ;2) Research needs as it relates to the patient's subjectivity can be reflected in longitudinal studies ;3) When conducting qualitative research , the researcher needs to incorporate Triangulation into the selection of methods and samples . | ||||||||||
