|
本研究の目的は,口唇口蓋裂児の母親に行われている出生前告知の実態を把握し,その支援について検討することである.12名の母親にインタビューを実施した.得られた結果から,医療者は以下の支援を行う必要がある.1.産科医師は母親が出生前告知を受ける意志があるかどうかを確認する.2.母親に対する適切な告知の保障(誰に,誰が,いつ告知するのか) 3.母親の不安を取り除き,将来への希望を与える告知内容(病状,今後の治療方針,専門医の存在,療養上の問題,社会資源に対する情報提供) 4.母親に告知した後の継続的援助を行う(家族全体をカウンセリングする人の存在). この4点の具体的内容は,産科医師と看護師への調査を実施した後,実践可能な支援モデルとして提案することが早急な課題である. |

This study focuses on what kinds of support can be given to mothers who know they will be giving birth to a child with a cleft lip and palate. We interviewed 12 mothers. From obtained results, medical personnel should perform support for the following: 1. At first, Reverend obstetrician confirms whether or not the mother wants to know of her baby's cleft lip and palate. 2. Security of an appropriate notice for the mother (who, whom, when). 3. The notice contents which will remove the anxiety of the mother, and give hope to the future (an ill state, a future treatment strategy, presence of a specialist, a problem in medical treatment, reporting for a social resource). 4. We perform continuous support after having notified the mother (counseling for the whole family). As a result of our interviews with Reverend obstetricians and nurses, these four problem points should be used to create a support model that can be put into practice immediately. |
