| 日本の伝統的な生活スタイルに畳部屋での和式生活がある.そこでは,物品の取扱い位置が低く,立位のままで取扱うと体幹前傾角度が大きくなる.体幹前傾角度が大きくなると,脊柱の筋肉・骨格系負担が増加するとされている.体幹前傾角度が脊柱起立筋や下肢の大殿筋や大腿四頭筋などに及ぼす影響について検討した研究は見当たらない.そこで本研究では,立位のままで低い位置の物品を取扱うときの脊柱起立筋および下肢筋における筋活動の差異を膝関節伸展位(膝伸展位)と膝関節屈曲位(膝屈曲位)とで比較検討する.対象は,19～27歳の健常男性10名(平均年齢20.4±2.4歳)であった.低い位置の物品を取扱う動作は,体幹前傾角度が30°,60°,90°,となるようにした姿勢を保持する模擬的な運動とした.体幹前傾角度および膝関節角度は,2次元動画解析システムを用いて計測した.脊柱起立筋,大殿筋および大腿四頭筋の筋電図を記録した.筋電図の生データは全波整流して積分した後,最大随意収縮(MVC:Maximal Voluntary Contraction)を基準に積分値を正規化(%MVC)した.その結果,体幹前傾角度が30°での脊柱起立筋の%MVCは,膝伸展位および膝屈曲位いずれにおいても90°より有意に大きかった.体幹前傾角度が60°では,膝伸展位の%MVCは膝屈曲位より有意に大きかった.大殿筋および大腿四頭筋の筋活動および膝屈曲位での膝関節角度には,体幹前傾角度の違いによる有意差はみられなかった. | ||||||||||

| The traditional Japanese life style includes tatami rooms in the home. Such rooms contain low surfaces and when objects are handled while standing, the angle of forward trunk inclination (AFI) is increased. It has been postulated that this increases stress on the joint and bone system of the spine. No studies have been done the effects of AFI on the muscular activity of the erector spinae (ES) and gluteus maximus and quadriceps of the lower limb (LM). This study was designed to compare differences between the knee flexed (KF) and knee extended positions (KE) on the muscular activity of the ES and LM when handling objects on low surfaces while standing. Ten healthy male subjects (aged 19 to 27 years, mean age 20.4±2.4 years old) participated in the study. Simulatious of handling objects on low surface were done with angles of 30°, 60°, 90°. The AFI and knee joint angle were analyzed using a two-dimensional movement analysis system. The electromyography (EMG) of the ES and LM were measured, the raw data rectified, and the integrated EMG normalized relative to values obtained for maximum voluntary contractions (%MVC). The results showed that the %MVC of ES with an AFI of 30°was significantly larger than that 90° for both KE and KF. The %MVC of the ES at 60° was significantly large for KE than KF. No significant differences were found in the muscular activity of LM. | ||||||||||
