| 虐待により親子分離を施されていた家族が危機を乗り越え養育可能と判断の後,子どもの家庭引取りが決定される.しかし,家族の問題を家族自身が認識し解決できなければ再び虐待が発生する.本研究は,乳児院に保護された被虐待児の背景と再統合に困難を生じた事例および乳児虐待判例を取り上げ,カルガリー家族アセスメントモデルを用い,その家族の背景と家族システムの障害の分析から,虐待の再発防止のために家族再統合にむけた社会資源の活用について検討した.その結果, 1)家族が養育困難に対処できる行動様式を習熟させる支援計画を実践することが虐待の再発防止につながる. 2)妊娠から産褥まで家族アセスメントできる関係機関は,虐待予防と早期発見できる有用な共同の社会資源であるため,的確にリスクアセスメントできる共通マニュアルの開発と継続的な実践が可能となるシステムづくりが必要である. 3)施設保護された被虐待児の家庭引き取りは,家族アセスメントを繰り返し判断することが望まれる. 4)カルガリー家族アセスメントモデルを用いた二次アセスメントの実践は,再統合にむけて援助者と家族の信頼関係を形成するために有用である.以上のことから,再統合に向けて家族アセスメントを随時行い,家族と共に支援計画を考え,ネットワーク会議でさらに実践可能となる具体的な対応策の検討が重要である. | ||||||||

| Data from the detailed background documents for abused infants that were taken care of by nurseries was analyzed to propose constructing reintegration systems to prevent the recurrence of infant-child abuse and neglect by implementing the Calgary Assessment Model. The results of the analysis are as follows: A) Practice of the secondary assessment of the Calgary Assessment Model is useful in forming the reliance relationship of the support between families. B) Strengthening and supporting the capabilities of coping in the face of negative family circumstances against well-child care are essential for preventing continual abuse. C) A risk assessment manual should be required for all related services. Support, education, and appropriate referrals should include interactional date, and continue from the prenatal into the perinatal and postpartum periods. D) Family assessment of high-risk families should be done repeatedly in the primary stage using a common manual to prevent recurring abuses. The results confirm that successive family assessments, supporting systems involving for families, and improvement of network systems affect the prevention of child abuse and neglect. | ||||||||
