本研究の目的は,臨床の看護師がどのような自立意識のもとに高齢者看護をしているのかを明らかにすることである.高齢患者の多い病棟に勤務する看護師369名を対象にアンケート調査を実施し,得られた回答から自立を示す内容を抽出し,類似した内容で分類して15項目になった.次に同一の回答を15項目それぞれについて<看護目標><具体的自立><看護計画><情報収集><自立イメージ>の5つの視点で集計し比較した.結果は「ADL」への回答件数が約半数を占め,「意欲」「意思表示」「理解・判断」「自己管理」「コミュニケーション」「精神安定」「協調」「自己決定」の回答件数は全体の10%〜2%だった.「目標・生き甲斐」「役割世話」「自己認識・誇り」「一人暮らし」「経済」に関しての回答件数は全体の1%未満であった.15の項目ごとでは,殆んどの項目で<自立イメージ>が多かった.しかし「自己管理」では<具体的自立>の回答件数が,「ADL」と「コミュニケーション」では<情報収集>の回答件数が,「精神安定」では<看護目標>の回答件数が多かった.また「自己認識」と「コミュニケーション」では<看護目標>より<看護計画>が多く,他の項目では<看護目標>より<看護計画>は少なかった. |

"The purpose of this study is to clarify how clinical nurses conduct care for the elderly based on what kind of self-support conscious. We saved a questionnaire to 369 nurses who work in medical wards with elderly patients. We looked for answers indicating self-support and categorized them into 15 parts. Then, the identical responses were compared in each category from 5 perspectives: ""nursing goals,"" ""concrete self-support,"" ""nursing plans,"" ""information acquiring,"" and ""image of self-support."" As a result, we found out that about half of the answers were about ""ADL."" From 2 to 10 percent of the answers were about ""motivation,"" ""declaration of intent"" ""understanding and judgement"" ""self-supervision"" ""communication"" ""mental stability,"" ""harmony"" and ""self-decision."" The number of responses for ""purpose of life,"" ""care roles,"" ""self-recognition"", ""pride,"" ""living alone"" and ""economy"" amounted to less than 1 percent of all the answers. Most of the 15 categories had ""image of self-support"" of responses. However, in ""self-supervision,"" the majority of responses were about ""concrete self-support."" In the same way, ""information acquiring,"" in ""ADL and Communication,"" and ""nursing plans"" in ""mental stability"" were the majority responses. In ""self-recognition"" and ""communication,"" ""nursing plans"" outweighed ""nursing goals."" In other categories, it was vice versa." |
