| 子どもの気質と問題行動との関連を検討することは,将来の子どもの問題行動の予測や母親が育児において感じるであろう困難や不安を理解していくことを可能にすると考えられる.そこで本研究は,子どもの気質と幼児の問題行動との関連を調べることで,健診などの相談現場で気質質問紙を使用する意義について検討した.1歳6ヶ月健診を受診する幼児をもつ養育者500名を対象に,武井他(2004)が作成した1歳6ヶ月健診用気質質問紙と問題行動チェックリスト(CBCL)を実施した.302名の回答を分析した結果,以下の点が明らかになった.(1)否定的感情反応の高さや生理リズムの不規則さは,幼児の様々な問題行動と関連していた.このような問題行動から生じる母親の育児困難感や不安,されに否定的な育児態度を予測できるのではないかと考えられた.(2)神経質な気質は,人や状況への適応性のよさを示す可能性が示唆された.(3)気質尺度の注意の転導性が示す内容とCBCLの注意・集中尺度で測定される内容とは異なった.(4)自閉性障害のような発達障害を疑う場合は,否定的感情反応尺度や神経質尺度に注目することが重要でないかと考えられた.以上のことから,1歳6ヶ月健診用気質質問紙は相談現場で養育者をサポートしていくために有意義な情報を提供できる質問紙だと考えられた. | ||||||||||

| We can understand the stress and anxiety parents may have in rearing a child by investigating the relevance of child temperament and problem behavior. The purpose of this study is to discuss the meaning of using the temperament questionnaire at infant health examinations by investigating the relevance of child temperament and problem behavior. 500 parents who had toddlers having health examinations at 18 months answered the temperament questionnaire for the 18 months old health examination and Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist for Ages 2-3 (CBCL). 302 parents responded to the questionnaire survey. The following results were found: (1) Negative affect reaction and irregular physiology were associated with various problem behaviors and predicted the stress, anxiety and negative attitudes parent may have when rearing their children. (2) Sensitivity may show adaptability to strange or new conditions. (3) What was indicated by changing attention found on the temperament scale was different from what was indicated by attention problems found on the CBCL scale. (4) If we suspect a developmental disorder such as autism, it is important that we pay attention to the negative affect reaction scale and sensitivity scale. Then, temperament questionnaire for 18 month old health examinations was useful to support parents who have stress about rearing children. | ||||||||||
