| 病院内に分散している患者の診療記録にタイムリーにアクセスすることを容易にするためにWebベースの診療情報システムを開発している.Web技術を用いることにより, DICOMシステムや臨床検査システムのような既存のシステムをWMRと呼ぶシステムに統合した.このシステムはサブシステムとの問で臨床データを伝送する際のフォーマットとしてXMLを使っている.これによって各サブシステムのデータベーススキーマとは無関係に, 統一したフォーマットで情報を交換することが可能となり, システム設計を容易にするので, 拡張性に富み, 保守性の良いシステムとなった. | ||||||||

| A web-based clinical information system was developed which facilitates timely access to patients' medical records that are distributed throughout an institution. Existing systems, such as the DICOM system and the laboratory information system, were integrated into a system called WMR by using web technologies. The system utilizes XML as a transmission format of clinical data between constituent sub-systems. This enables the system to communicate with its sub-systems in a unified way, regardless of underlying database schema, and simplifies the system design so that it is scalable and easy to maintain. | ||||||||
