| 近年, 養護学校では医療的ケアを要する児童生徒が増加している.しかし, 受け入れるための条件整備は十分とは言えず, 地域間の差は大きい実態が把握された.特に問題となっているのは, 法, 人的, 物的条件が不十分なままに学級担任や養護教諭がケアを実施していることであり, 医療的ケアの法整備, ヘルスケアを担う養護教諭の養成, 看護婦(士)配置, 訪問看護婦(士)の派遣などが重要であることが示唆された. | ||||||||

| In recent years , the number of chirdren in schools for children with special health care needs has been increasing. The quality of care provided by the schools and the number of care providers are insufficient and differ widely among schools. One of the major problems is the lack of laws regulating the special health care of these children at school. Nurse teachers provide medical care with no laws regulating care, no specifically trained nurses, and insufficient school facilities. On the basis of the findings in this study, it was concluded that the following are necessary : (1) establishing laws for regulating the care of children with special medical care needs in schools; (2) training nurse teachers so that they are able to give first aid; (3) hiring school nurses ; (4) establishing a system in which visiting nurses are avaiable. | ||||||||
