| 倫理規範が人間世界にあることははっきりしている.人が集まるところにルールがあることも分かっている.例えば, 日頃自由に道路を歩くが, 自由にといっても決して無駄に人にやたらにぶつかったり, わざわざ体当たりすることもしない.そうしないと皆思っている.これはルールであり, 些末な無価値なルールかもしれない.しかし, 人間の実存的なあり方からすれば, この簡単なルールそれ自体がさらに深い広い人間の共同体に働く規範の原形であると言ってよい.人の集まりは複雑で多様であるが秩序はあるのである.そのことを踏まえて人間の実存性を考える.現実の世界で人間が具体的活動を行う際に, そこで働く秩序と価値的判断をもたらすような人間の実存的な構えについて論じ, それが人間の世界という場の倫理的規範の由来を説明できると考える. | ||||||||

| Ethical norms work in the communal phenomena of human activities. Communal' menns a gathering of people acting in concert, in which there are found certain rules working in common consciously or unconsciously among people related to each other in some way. The simple rule, for example, is that even when we walk on the street, we avoid crashing into other pedestrians intentionally so that abusive collisions don't occur. This rule is trivial and yet invaauble. But from the viewpoint of human existential foundations, the concept of such a simple rule has much import. Such rules in human gatherings amount to the appreciable and ulterior ethical rules which bring order to the world in which we live. They are called ethical norms. Human existential foundations, which are a priori to human existense, explain the order of human life and human common sense which provides the universal norms of human connduct and ethical judgement in our everyday life. | ||||||||
