大学新入生30名を対象に, 対人相互作用とポジティブおよびネガティブ感情との関連について縦断的に検討した.なお, 対人相互作用の量と性質は体験抽出法によって記録され, 感情は多面的感情状態尺度および多面的感情特性尺度を用いて測定された.その結果, 対人相互作用量や性質は, 時系列で変化しないが, 測定時期によって各対人相互作用量, 性質と感情との関連が異なることが明らかになった.4月から6月にかけての「家族」との接触は, 日常生活における新入生の適応状態に影響を及ぼす可能性が示唆された.また, 対人相互作用の性質は入学当初の4月よりも10月において感情との間に多くの関連が認められた.この結果は親密な友人との間の相互作用の質が, 開示的あるいは肯定的なものであるほど, ネガティブ感情が抑制される傾向を示している. |

The present study examined longitudinally the relationship between interpersonal interactions and positive and negative affects in 30 freshmen. Interpersonal interactions were determined by experience sampling methodology, and affects were measured using the Multiple Mood Scale-State and Trait. The results indicated that the quantity and quality of interpersonal interactions did not change over time, but the relationship between the quantity and quality of interpersonal interactions and affects were different depending on the time of year. It is possible that freshmen's interactions with their families in April and June influenced their adaptation to daily life. Also, the quality of interpersonal interactions is more related with affects in October than in April. This result means that more open and positive interpersonal interactions with close friends inhibits negative affects. |
