看護科学生を対象に, 訪問看護婦と在宅療養患者に対するイメージについて, 訪問看護実習前後にアンケート調査を実施した.45名の学生から回答が得られ, 訪問看護婦に対するイメージの回答を因子分析した結果, 3因子が抽出され, 「訪問看護婦の資質因子」「訪問看護婦の専門性因子」「訪問看護婦の技量因子」と解釈した.同様に, 在宅療養患者に対するイメージの回答を因子分析した結果, 4因子が抽出され, 「充実した生活因子」「孤独な生活因子」「前向きな生き方因子」「生活意欲減退因子」と解釈した.因子得点を訪問看護実習前後で比較したところ, 有意差が認められた因子があった.また, 因子得点と将来, 訪問看護をしてみたいか否かの回答に関連が見られた.同様に, 自分の終末期は在宅で療養したいか否かの回答にも関連が見られた. |

A questionnaire was used to investigate the images held by students in a nursing course about visiting nurses and in-home patients, before and after they actually practiced visiting nurse care. The data from 45 respondents were analyzed by factor analysis. With regard to the images of visiting nurses, three factors emerged : the nurse's innate ability, professionalism and acquired skills. For in-home patients, four factors emerged : ability to live a full life, loneliness, attitude towards positive living and loss of vitality. A comparison of the means of factor scores, before and after the students practiced visiting nurse care, showed significant differences in some factors. Also, the factor scores were related to the students' desire to become visiting nurses as well as their desire to live at home if they should become terminally ill. |
