| 本研究では, 市町村における地方版エンゼルプランの策定に向けて, 今後の児童館のあり方についての見通しをえるために, 一地方都市である岡山市の児童館の現状と課題を明らかにすることにした.特に, 今回は全国の児童館の実態と比較しながら, (1)児童館の概要と, (2)児童館の事業内容について考察した.これからの岡山市の児童館の課題として, 「児童館の適正配置」と「児童館機能の見直し」について指摘しておいた. | ||||||||

| "In an effort to probe for ways to implement the ""Engel Plan in Municipalities"" for children's halls, I examined the current state and problems of children's halls in Okayama City. I especially considered their physical condition and activities, provided and compared the findings with the results of a survey of all children's halls in Japan. I concluded that two factors are very important. Future children's halls should be strategically located to accomodate all children who need the service, and their functions should be reviewed on a regular basis." | ||||||||
