嚥下訓練を受けて退院した3症例のうち, 1症例は誤嚥性肺炎の疑いで再入院した.この3症例を比較することで, 嚥下障害における自己管理の重要性について検討するのが, この研究の目的である.食物内容, 食事時間, 摂食方法, 体位, 環境などの改善も重要であるが, 最も大切なものは自己管理の獲得である.再入院の原因は, 自己管理の獲得の不十分さと考えられる.今後, 摂食による危険性から自己を守る教育を徹底することが大切である. |

One of three patients who had left our hospital after swallowing exercise treatment was admitted again with suspected aspiration pneumoia. The purpose of this study was to examine the significance of self-administration in the treatment of dysphagia by comparing these cases. The results showed that the most important thing was to achieve self-administration in the improvement of the patient's selection of meal contents, meal time, eating methods, posture and environment. It was found that the reason for readmission of this patient was his inability to achieve a satisfactory level of self-administration. It is very important to educate patients to protect themselves from the danger of aspiration. |
