| 保健教育は健康教育という言葉におきかえても差支えない, という見解も, 「狭義の保健教育と広義の健康教育との関連性など, 新たに論議すべき課題は多い」という主張にしても, 憲法的命題をふまえて, 基本的に検討しなおす必要がある.問題なのは, 一般的に大学での授業で, 学校保健学が選択科目であることをよいことのように, その履修を避けようとする風潮がある点にある.学校健康教育を飛躍的に発展させるためには, 身体教育と保健教育双方の指導能力を持った, 質の高い教師の養成を目ざさなければならない. | ||||||||

| Opinion that health preserve education may be replaced by health education, and assertion that many problems involve between health preserve education and health education, is discussed from the spirit of the Constitution of Japan. I would like to emphasize the tendency that recent students of university want to escape from the lesson of school health because of elective subjects. To expect rapid evolution of the school health education, we must develop excellent teachers who have the ability to promote physical education and to preserve health sufficiently. | ||||||||
