| イギリスにおける要介護老人のためのコミュニティケア政策は, ケアの独特な構造に基づいている.第1に, コミュニティケア政策は要介護老人の利用可能な多くのサービス, 金銭給付の仕組みをもっている.とくに入所施設におけるロングタームケアのような主要なサービスもある.第2に, 多くのサービスを供給するための多くの提供母体があり, 公的部門, 民間非営利部門, 民間営利部門などの例が見いだされる.コミュニティケア政策は, このような福祉の混合経済によって推進されてきたのである. | ||||||||

| Community Care Policy for frail elderly people in Britain has an unique structure of care. At first it has the main services or cash benefits available to frail elderly people. In particular, it has many services to people in long-term care in an institutional setting. Secondly, there are multiple sectors as the providers of each of main services, for example the public sector, the voluntary sector, and the private for-profit sector. Commu-nity Care Policy proceeded in this kind of mixed economy of welfare. | ||||||||
